Corporate bureaucracy is a way to regulate the activities of an organization. It involves direction, administration, and control. In short, we can say that it’s a system or set of process, rules, policies, laws, etc which directly or indirectly affects the functioning of the organization. It does not have any kind of self-interest in itself. It’s a collective effort for the collective interest of all the members of the organization.
