The article is aimed at observing the collapse of Afghanistan at the hands of US forces objectively. The article also explores the rationale for the involvement and then the extraction of the US armed forces from the soil of Afghanistan. It also tries to critically analyze the economic, military, and intelligence considerations of the US government about the future of Afghanistan. It also tries to find the reason for attempting to introduce democracy and local self-sufficiency and viability in Afghanistan. The analysis also tries to find the road ahead of the realities, particularly the local challenges, faced by the common people of Afghanistan.
